I am 5'7" and 155lbs. I carry a lot of my weight in my hips and legs, but have a pretty nice waist line and a C cup that proportionally matches my hips pretty well. I bought the size medium. The dress fits me very well and is flattering. I think this is a good choice for hour glass body types/curvier figures. The only reason I can't give this 5 stars is the zipper and the fabric. I couldn't unzip my zipper at all. Luckily, the dress is stretchy enough that I was able to put it on and take it off without unzipping it. Also, the fabric is not what I would call fancy at all. It is an affordable dress though, so I get it. The material is very like the yoga pants I wear to the gym. On the one hand, this material makes it a very comfortable dress, but on the other it may not look as nice up close as you would like. I think it will be a great dancing dress for some of the dimly lit places with a band and a grill that I like to go with my hubby on the weekends.which was my intent.
