Review on 💾 Netac SATA III 2.5" SSD 250GB: High-Speed 3D Nand Internal Solid State Drive, 530MB/s Read Speeds by Justin Webb

I bought this SSD to replace the hard drive in my old laptop that I am giving to my niece. I was looking for a cheap 500GB option as the laptop itself doesn't cost much at the moment. The packaging is minimalist and there are no clips or other bells and whistles included, which is to be expected from a budget option. Cloning an old hard drive took less than an hour. After booting up with the new SSD, I immediately noticed a performance improvement. I ran a quick SSD test (see screenshot) and the results were comparable to a Samsung evo on my desktop. Overall I think this SSD is a decent budget option for devices without an M.2 slot.
