Good nappy but runs small

We bought this for our 25lb 14 month old girl who has very nice plump legs. As this is for weights up to 36lbs I thought it would be fine but the diaper was too tight in the leg/groin area and was quite tight around the waist (although the elastic is actually quite nice and stretches really well). We didn't know there was a 'bigger' version up to 45lbs so we ordered it. We have yet to try it on but we really hope it fits because we love this diaper so much.
