Pro: Correct dimensions, facilitates assembly planning; after installing it seems to work fine. Cons: The bottom panel in the center rail doesn't match the side panels of the box well; the included screws don't fit the holes very well, so the screw head sticks out (although it doesn't stick to the rails); probably not the best choice if you need to take out the drawer regularly. I bought five packs of drawers for a table saw cabinet I'm building. Guides are easy to install; The dimensions were accurate which made it easier to cut out the details of the box. The first box went in fairly easily the first time. The second time I had to install the box, but that was another story. Somehow the box's side rail caught on the edge of the ball bearing mounts on the side of the case, bending the metal upwards. I pulled the drawer back and tried to attach the metal part. The second time, the same thing happened on the other side. I switched to another smaller box thinking maybe it was more my fault. After I pulled this drawer out to finish installing the rail, the same thing happened when I tried to insert it. This time I recognized and investigated the problem. The inner metal plate that holds the ball bearings must be fully extended forward. Then you need to carefully insert the drawer slide into this frame. What happened was the drawer slide caught the ball bearing plate and pushed it back towards the back of the slide. By sliding the drawer back so that the tabs engage, the drawer slides under the frame, flexing the bottom panel. Once I figured that out, installing this box and the next went pretty smoothly. My wife needed some help holding the box while I arranged the slides. As I don't intend to take these boxes out regularly, they should be fine. They work smoothly and quietly with forced locking. I've used other slides before and never had this problem. I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or if it's a design. While it worked fine once installed, I probably wouldn't get it again anyway.
