I love that there are no surveys, it's just straight to their inbox! They keep your feedback private until you want them too (so far). It can be difficult to get through all of the messages in one day when they're so fast paced but as soon as support gets back with me about something or someone else responds quickly after we've communicated via email, things work out well for both parties involved. We use suggestions ox primarily during onboarding new team members and whenever necessary throughout the year for internal communication between different departments around the organization.
