Use these under my feet all the time. Bought this house a year ago. bamboo floors. The first thing I thought of was using them with carpet. They are great for my "glorified" small metal frame kitchen table. This table means a lot to me because he made it. It was supposed to be a counter. Now I bought a desktop with a kitchen island. One of them for cooking, with a wooden top. Tried other small foot protection mats. They work. But it wasn't easy to move him across the floor.
