This small neck fan has 3 speeds and 2 lighting options, red and bright rainbow. I personally feel like I don't need to run the fan at its highest speed as it's pretty powerful and gets a little noisy. The lowest setting is ideal for a nice breeze and very little noise. He sits comfortably on my shoulders and I hardly notice his presence. Not sure how long it will last yet, but I ran it for 3 hours just before writing this review and had no problems. I'm putting it together for a trip to Disney World in a few months, so I'm sure it will be tested there!
