Accessing information online which could be accessed at anytime from anywhere really does help out. It helps keep track of our children without having to worry about forgetting something at home (paperwork) we can do it here! This software has helped us with our staffing issues. Easy for parents to use, they can easily fill out an application online or at the front desk if needed. The layout is not always user friendly but that's because each office design will be different. We are able to update information faster than we used to now that everything is in one place. It helps to know where you stand in terms of applications received.
