I bought this to replace old dealer plastic frames that were beginning to fade after years of exposure to the sun. I chose this frame because I wanted to make sure the entire license plate is visible. The cops here will give you a ticket for blocking the lower letters of the license plate. This product came with a lot of board mounting hardware that I liked, but I didn't realize that the screws installed on the original board were larger, so I couldn't use this hardware. I don't know if the dealer used larger bolts than needed, but the bolts in this kit were undersized. I used the frame but not the hardware that came with it.
