Yes, there are many pockets. You need a map that has so many places to store and organize things. They could safely hold a laptop and three tablets. This is a great weekend or school backpack - as long as you don't carry too many books around. The cable management system is good, but I won't use it often. The shoulder straps are quite wide and soft, so comfortable. The shoulder straps and back are breathable to keep your shoulders and back from sweating. It works well, but you still get wet on hot days. Casual denim look.
