Excellent electronics protection, lots of compartments and pockets!

Finally, a solid approach to protecting your laptop or tablet that works. I've always hated the standard design where the laptop/tablet bag has the bottom of the backpack as the bottom of the compartment. Place the package too hard or drop it and the impact will hit your computer. Not here! This can have a much greater impact on protecting your electronics. Also, the laptop/tablet pocket is on the back instead of the back. I've tried a dozen packs - ALL push the computer backwards. My back is contoured. My computer does not work. Moving it away from your back gives you more protection and MUCH more comfort. There are pockets everywhere too. There is a pocket on the back that occupies the lower half. Unzip and you'll see a compartment with another zip leading into a large pocket. There are also two smaller soft pockets. Above this lower pocket is a smaller side access upper pocket. Then there are a few more pockets left and right of the bag. But wait, there's more. bags. The large central compartment houses a computer/laptop holder and a large single compartment. This space has another zippered pocket lined with velvet at the top. Then comes the bound accessory bag. Next - another main branch! This is located between the computer holder and the padded panel that rests against the back. This compartment is the largest and has a padded semi-rigid panel on the back and opposite are two pockets on the sleeves. Each is padded, as is the baffle between them and the laptop/tablet pocket. Yes, there are many pockets. You need a map that has so many places to store and organize things. They could safely hold a laptop and three tablets. This is a great weekend or school backpack - as long as you don't carry too many books around. The cable management system is good, but I won't use it often. The shoulder straps are quite wide and soft, so comfortable. The shoulder straps and back are breathable to keep your shoulders and back from sweating. It works well, but you still get wet on hot days. Casual denim look.
