One of the most frustrating things I've ever tried to assemble. But the company made it. When first shipped the key ring was not installed when I received it and I found it impossible to fit it properly, spent about an hour spitting out a lot of 4 letter words and mailed it back. Got a quick refund with the ring installed as requested and spent about 15 minutes getting everything set up correctly, but it worked in the end. I don't blame the company for the disappointment, I think it's just a complicated design. It works! But it takes patience to get it right
