Useless. I used this to play games on my phone as described. It turns out that when you play games you touch the screen in a certain area, but it just bounces around with the phone's screen sensors. A very useless product. I'm trying to make a call and it's great. I mean I use the Galaxy Note 10 and also used the iPhone 11 for testing. If calling is great, so is my bare fingers. When I'm texting, these cases bounce my letter choices on any device. Playing and wearing this makes me want to just toss this product in the trash. Definitely not recommended for texting or gaming. This can work if you wear thick gloves on cold/snowy days and pull them over your thumb while wearing them. That's a waste of money for a product that bounces around and doesn't serve its purpose. .I don't need to embellish my review. Only direct experience with it.
