I was extremely dissatisfied with my interaction with LOGUIDE as a client. The products are overpriced and there is a small variety, but the website is simple to use. The lighting choices are poor, the tools are of poor quality, and the cost is not justified. My order came in poor shape and the shipping was incredibly slow. The goods were missing and the packaging was broken. I contacted their customer support, but they responded slowly and ineffectively. My requests for a refund or swap were ignored by the representatives, who appeared uninterested in my worries. The language barrier made using LOGUIDE the worst aspect of my experience. I had trouble understanding some of the product descriptions because I don't speak English well, and I also had trouble communicating with the customer support agents. This made it difficult and ineffective to communicate, which left my issues unresolved. I can't, therefore, suggest LOGUIDE to anyone seeking for high-quality lighting or tools. Shopping here is disappointing due to the high prices, small variety, slow shipping, and subpar customer service. It is frustrating and difficult to communicate successfully due to the language barrier. I advise you to seek elsewhere for your DIY requirements.
