I confess I'm a bit obsessed with these things. We don't have a lot of stuff, but it's important to me that we take good care of what we have and that our spaces stay clean and tidy. My husband is a little less interested in these things, but still. Even he admitted that the rattling plastic hangers in his closet needed replacing. So, despite the fact that the world has gone mad, I went in search of the best hangers for his closet. And after a painfully obsessive search I found them and they are amazing. They are non-slip so you can hang shirts without buttoning them and they won't slide off; They have a nice, natural shape, so you can hang your t-shirt without getting those pointy shoulders. They have a nice clean and slim design so they don't take up all the space. For now they seem strong enough and the accompanying pant hangers work fine - we hang the pants by the legs to keep them from wrinkling. I really admire the engineering and aesthetics of these hangers and have now truly realized that I cannot justify replacing my wooden hangers which are perfectly fine but now feel clunky and ordinary. In fact, I'm thinking about asking her my birthday. That would be ridiculous except that (1) I'm old enough to want what I want, and (2) these beauties are also very cheap, which is just icing on the cake.
