I am a natural ash blonde, level 10, and my hair has been professionally bleached and toned. Unfortunately my hair doesn't hold any toner at all so I only bought it to lighten it and get rid of the yellow tint. Well my hair is now around level 5 DARK and it's PURPLE! Do not do that!
