At $35 this is a great massager. I could use it on all parts of my back, legs and feet. After starting a new exercise program, I had a lot of knots and tension in my back and was able to lean on massage balls to get to the places where I had knots. Like a personal massage, if you do it too deep and/or too long you'll get sore/sensitive afterwards, but I love that you can really dig in and it still works (although it can squeak a bit) . It takes a while for the heat to kick in, but it's a comfortable temperature and not too hot. They are medium or larger, you will not have a problem) and that I would like the massage balls to be a little smaller and have 3 instead of 2 (to give more massage points). All in all, absolutely worth $35, especially when you can't get a massage from a pro.
