Good for the price, really.
It's a bit odd as they don't adjust as quickly as many nylon straps, but they hold up thanks to the retention strap and are generally easy to adjust with 100% flexibility for almost any fit. Mine has some sagging, but you can fix it yourself, and even if you don't, just keep pulling the thing. It works. Period.
