Review on ⚡️ CTEK MUS 4.3 TEST&CHARGE 12V Fully Automatic Battery Charger and Tester by Jesse Nell

I have high hopes for this charger, but it didn't quite revive a recently dead battery, it just needed a long charge. It took forever and I had run out of patience after 24 hours of continuous charging. The display was blurry. I also bought an Optima Digital 1200 and it's a beast. The battery was charged in 6 hours and the engine started normally. The digital display is sufficiently detailed at every stage. I already had an Optima Digital 400 and it's great! So why such a low rating? I've tried many times to speak to CTEK support for more information as their guides are crap! I was never forwarded to a live person, I was only given an email address to ask my questions. I suspect the US location is just forwarding them to the European HQ to reply. Why bother with location and US number then no one has access? I got this POS back and then a week of no support was a turning point for me.
