I LOVE this product! I have whiplash and the pillow supports my neck well and the deluxe model mat cushions my aching back. Also, I usually crawl into the bathtub because I'm small. The pillow and mat provide support to prevent this. I have a semi-porous bathtub surface so it's very difficult to find a pillow that will stick to that surface. But this one has very large and lots of suction cups that hold the mat in place. For those struggling with this issue, the trick is to lay the mat down before adding the water and press firmly on each suction cup. The suction cups are easy to remove. Just empty the tub and slide it; My fingers can easily reach the suction cups. So all bath lovers, add Epsom salts or something and chill!
