New Zealand Business Owner (Tourism Consultant, Not Professional Travel Agent)

The team who work there are always very helpful when I need support for an issue with their products. They also really care about quality control of product they sell so that it is up to standard as per customers expectations which makes them stand out above other companies in this space! Would like more transparency into pricing model/s - but overall good experience working through the systemCannot comment on customer service aspects because no issues here yet!! The best thing about this is that it's very user friendly! I can't think of anything at all so far as far as dislikes go. It has allowed us to track our inventory so much easier than before. Before using cgs international they were having issues with their supplier not providing enough product for them to sell through out the year. Now they are able to keep up with demand during those months where things do slow down.
