:::UPDATE:::So the whole of spring and summer (now August) is over and the blue LEDs don't work anymore. My kids were upset. Frustrated, I contacted the company who immediately sent me a brand new shower head to replace the broken one. Happy kids. Happy mother. If you have photosensitivity, do it. NO. TO BUY. THE! For everyone else, though, this little shower head is AMAZING! As a parent, I always struggle with two things. Let my kids bathe and make sure the temperature is safe for them. I personally take showers that melt others, so my kids might get too hot. However, after installation, my two dirt-loving sons immediately returned to their natural state of life and DEMANDD to take a shower. . I really thought I won the lottery! Especially since it fuels its own fire! Showering has never been so much fun for them. Turn off the lights and let them have fun, it will become one of their favorite things to do instead of fighting. About the water pressure, yes it increases your pressure. If you have an amazing print, it will probably be like sandblasting. Not sure if the pebbles do anything or not, but I like how everything looks. It's made of high quality plastic and I can tell at a glance if there's any mold or problems in the shower head. Plus, it's all easy to disassemble, which makes my life easier. Now I've seen a lot of comments about how it's going. If you tighten/reinstall everything before installing, you shouldn't have any leaks. Make sure you use tape to prevent the hose from leaking. My husband applied it quite thickly and after a month of showering I had no problem with leakage. I have also noticed that I feel MUCH cleaner compared to the old or other shower heads. Now for the light sensitivity warning. If the temperature gets too close to the light change, it WILL flash in between. We discovered this when my husband had a post-gating incident. It can shower with it as long as the room is brightly lit, but people with high sensitivity should not buy it. Get that without the backlight. This is a great product. The only negative, it doesn't have different water settings, if that doesn't bother you then this is perfect for you.
