Best integration platform for all your other software
I like how this software has been integrated with all our other applications (Salesforce, Zoho CRM etc.). We can integrate all these tools and automate daily tasks so easily! This tool also helps us maintain accurate records of sales orders which is very important in any organization/company. The UI of this app could have been more user friendly but it's not hard at all once you get used to it. It would be great if they improve their support service because sometimes things go wrong or are slow when dealing with them. But overall we find no faults here. If i had to pick one thing then it must be the integration part. There isn't much of difference between what SalesForce does which makes life easier.

- Integration across multiple platforms for easy processing without having too many steps involved that was my biggest concern before using this application as an admin staff member who works closely together with accounts team members everyday handling day to day operations including order management system among others.and automation saves time by doing repetitive task automatically saving me lots from work load :).I'm
