Nice looking spatula that is easy to clean and store. Unfortunately, unless you're using super dry or heavily floured pizza dough, your cakes will stick to this spatula like glue. It is best to use a wooden peeler or a perforated metal scraper. I hate that I had to learn this lesson the hard way. I stuck with it because I've used it twice. Live and learn, right?
