I am 5ft 10", weigh 220lbs, waist 36-38". I ordered size XL and they fit great. Overall I like the material, stretch and fit of the shorts. from the gym. My boyfriend thinks they make my ass look amazing and my thighs look like thunder. BUT I have 3 criticisms of the design which can be summarized as Lift, Fish and Shuffle. 1. The thread does not go all the way around the waist. The lace goes from hip to hip. If you go running with full bags, play the lifting game. The drawstring is too short to compensate for the elasticity of the shorts, so if you need a little 2. I like the position of the pockets and they are too deep. They run the entire length of the thigh. A pocket fits the iPhone X perfectly, so depth is not an issue. But if you keep your keys or ID in another bag, you'll have to go fishing to get them. Orth Pocket will do it. Asymmetry is cool, right? 3. My third gripe is that the pocket holes are not wide enough to put your hand through when you need to rummage in your pocket for keys or ID. Now, when you stand at the reception or in front of your car and open the door, you're fumbling in your bags, and that can be uncomfortable. My hands on a computer keyboard are pretty average, not the rough hands of some gym goers. I can't imagine what powerful people have to do. I would recommend expanding the pocket maybe 1-2 centimeters.
