They don't stick to anything.
Update: These bumpers don't stick to walls or anything like that. I have a doorknob hitting the wall. The bumper fell off after 3 days. I should have listened to others who said the same thing. The sticky part separates from the plastic and the bumper just falls to the ground. Trust me when I say look elsewhere. That's a waste of money. I got them back after the 1st fell off the wall, the 2nd fell off the shelf and the 3rd fell out of the bathroom cabinet. You are not working! Returned!
