The ability of easily create new features in our product without having code, it's very simple compared with other tools we've used before. And since Bryter has an active community you can quickly find help from others if needed by creating tickets or chatting directly through their support ticketing system (and they're always super helpful!). Nothing really at this time but I'm sure there are some improvements being made as well which makes me happy! We have created many different use cases using bryters capabilities such as data flows for importing/exporting csv files into Salesforce Data Cloud etc - for example when dealing with customers who need documents / invoices uploaded via SFDC API callouts after sales close so all records get updated automatically once approved & signed off by customer team member. It was easy for us, non technical people with limited experience in coding or systems integrations, to use Bryter as it has an intuitive interface similar to other software such as MS Excel (or even Google Sheets). The support provided by them are also very good so far! I haven't come across any downsides yet either. We've been able to automate processes using their API which makes our life easier when we need more complex workflows than they can offer out of the box through their product itself.
