They have been great to work with, they respond quickly & there is always someone available at any given time if you need them for support or sales assistance! I was able use their service through out my entire PPC campaign without having issues of account suspensions etc that can sometimes happen when using other services from larger search engines like google themselves (or even Bing). We used thalsamic as our ad network partner during two years in which we had over $60k spent monthly via Google AdWords - No complaints here!
