I liked the fact that it was completely customized to our brand and we could make changes whenever we wanted. It's very easy to use and is constantly updated. We have been able to expand our reach with customers as well as target new ones. The only thing i found difficult was actually finding my coworkers who were familiar with the software, so they could assist me when it came time for training. I recommend them for any business looking for high quality products and services in their field. We wanted an opportunity to expand our presence in a larger market and this has done just that. The ability for me as an agency owner to keep track of everything in one place was my favorite part about this system. I liked being able to have access to our inventory so quickly with their mobile app! There wasn't anything I disliked specifically but rather it's just how easy they made things to be tracked/managed from any device which was great for us. We were very happy when we switched over to them because their support team was friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, etc.
