-37.5 inch. It's small. I'm wearing a knee-length petticoat. The dress has been taken out of the packaging. The fabric is as soft to medium weight (almost a thin jersey weight) and has a slight tooth on the fabric. i could wear it no bra but then my bust size dropped to 33 inches and it didn't look that cute. I prefer a slim fit and it looked good on me. You can see the back stretching a bit to accommodate my bloating, but it was comfortable enough. and I didn't feel overwhelmed. This dress will probably work best for women with small to medium breasts. Waist measurements were as expected for someone in between sizes but the bust does not stretch so I would order in that size. Chart and round bust up or down if you're between sizes. The belt came with the dress and as expected for a fashion quality belt. It barely fits on the hinges when folded in half.
