you're doing it wrong

I read your reviews and you are doing it wrong! You will get what looks like dried soap. This is this product. All you have to do is add water! I put water directly into the container and shake the brushes in it. Then I wipe it off with a paper towel. It works great! This product lasts VERY VERY long on me. You can also pour water into a cup and dip it into the cup, then into the container and just dry the brushes. If you don't want to put water in the container or dip your brushes in it, this is sooooo good! My brushes look brand new and are much softer as a result.
