I've used the TSA-approved Fly Travel, ProCase Durable Quart-Size Carry-On a few times for shampoo, conditioner, and mouthwash. Not knowing what to expect, packed into a filled and zipped 40 liter backpack, I zipped the bag into a gallon zip as a precaution. To my satisfaction there were no leaks and no zip was needed.
