Steel parts are bent and damaged before shipping

3 main parts damaged. It cannot be that the shipping caused such damage. 2 rods are severely damaged and bent, preventing the threaded ends from screwing into other parts. The base is also damaged and badly damaged on 1 side. It's more like the steel parts were damaged before they were packed and the packer couldn't help but see the damage. I left messages to try and get replacement parts and no one called me back.
