It was a bit difficult to set up but there is a video on YouTube of my dad doing it easily. I love how I can put it in the cradle as my baby will try to roll over on his stomach even though he is not old enough to sleep on his stomach unattended leaving him on his back or side until it is ready for more the amount of space.
