HGST drives have proven to be 100% reliable and these 8TB drives are no exception. (As far as I know, they're marked WD, but their HGST part number starts with "HUS". Note that you can't check warranty coverage on Western Digital's website. You'll have to google "HGST warranty" and scroll through the menu until you find the link to the HGST RMA disk, when you enter the serial number you will get a confirmation of the time left.One last point, I am talking about disks sold by Serverpartdeals who have always offered impeccable customer service. This isn't always the case.( ALLHDD, I'm looking at you.)
