Fact AL offers excellent solutions & technology
I love that fact al is constantly adding new features which help us stay ahead of our competition! The customer service has also been fantastic - very knowledgeable team who are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients. It would be great if there was more integration between fact al's different platforms (web/mobile). We've found ourselves relying heavily on mobile apps as we're outside during most events so it can feel like you have your hands tied sometimes without this feature. But overall its still one of my favorite tools out there within the industry. Our customers really enjoy using fact al too because it keeps them up front on what's going around town and helps keep everyone informed about any issues or emergencies happening in our area.

- They make sure they understand exactly how all parts work together before making changes, not just add something haphazardly then ask "how does everything fit?" once problems arise from mistakes made by others previously working with techs etc..They seem pretty good at staying organized but don't mind getting creative when needed; such an asset considering many software providers struggle even now
