Replacing the valve seal with Aqua V
The thought of replacing this seal was the worst! He enters this pot from below with the pot removed and inverted, and the thought of reaching past the elbow was not pleasant. Not bad if you put on a rubber glove and wrap your hand up to your shoulder. Since I also replaced the water valve, I made a piece of wood to fit where the water valve is supposed to be holding the flap open. When the damper is OPENED it is easy to remove, pull and replace the seal. Only took a few minutes. (And no, you can't pay me to make yours :-) )
