They are very good at listening and taking what you say and turning it into actionable steps that help improve your sales process and provide solutions for problems you might be having. Nothing really comes to mind as far as dislikes or things I don't like working there. It is an amazing place to learn new skills because they have so many opportunities available. If you want to expand your knowledge base this can be one of the best places to do so. They will give you a lot more than just training. You'll also get mentoring and coaching throughout the entire time you're learning something new.
