Right out of the box this gauge read slightly above zero. This is easily adjusted by removing the rubber guard and adjusting the calibration screw just below the needle. The gauge goes down to about 28 inches of mercury vacuum and then 10 psi pressure so that should be plenty for any automotive needs I have. The dial measures 3.5 inches, making it easy to read inside the vehicle you're testing. The arrow reacts quickly to any fluctuations. So far, after a few months of use, this sensor continues to work perfectly.
