I am a musician as well as an audio engineer, and when I heard about the online store AlyKets, which claims to be devoted to catering to the requirements of working professionals in the industry, I was very thrilled. Having said that, after putting their services to the test, I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth. To begin, they don't offer a very wide variety of merchandise to choose from. On their website, I was unable to locate what I was looking for, which is surprising given that I have very particular requirements for the equipment I use. It is abundantly obvious that they do not stock a comprehensive selection of products, which is a significant shortcoming for a retailer that asserts it serves the needs of industry professionals. In addition, AlyKets has a terrible lack of customer support that is unmatched in the industry. Their customer service department gave me responses that were unhelpful and condescending whenever I attempted to ask them questions about a product that I was considering purchasing. Despite their assertion that they are committed to catering to the requirements of their customers, it appeared as though they were not concerned with the requirements that I had as a client. The shipping times were extremely sluggish, which made an already difficult situation even more difficult. Unfortunately, I had to wait several weeks for my order to finally appear, which was both aggravating and inconvenient. As a whole, the AlyKets online business does not meet my standards for dependability and effectiveness in customer service, so I would not recommend it to anyone working in the industry. They are unable to cater to the requirements of audio engineers, musicians, and other professionals, and both their customer support and shipping times are unacceptably slow.
