The drawbacks are more associated with Razer's services than with the mouse itself. Although I have never purchased anything from Razer in the past, when I was looking for a new mouse, I decided to give this model a shot. However, issues started occurring on the very first day after the purchase was made. It was necessary to register on the Razer.com website in order to download the Razer Synapse 2.0 program. After registering, the sensitivity could be adjusted. My operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium. When I tried to log in to Synapse after downloading it, the application informed me that there was a system error #3803. I contacted the support staff at Razer.com. I spoke with them for ten days, and during that time they asked me a lot of questions, all the way up to requesting that I send a check and specify the nation and city. I gave my responses, but in subsequent letters I continued to be sent the same questions, along with some brand new ones. As a consequence of this, the recommendations made by technical support were limited to reinstalling the application, switching to Windows 10 as the operating system, and checking the manager for any hidden drivers. Even more so, I was taken aback by the recommendation to go into the settings of the application and download the most recent ates, despite the fact that I had made it abundantly clear that the application does not launch. During the week that I was unable to access the official Razer website, the only thing I was able to do was register for and download the latest version of Razer Synapse. The report indicates that the system has detected some kind of attack in cyberspace. At this point, I decided to take the mouse and bring it back to the store where I bought it. In exchange for my money, I was given a service that was uninterested in assisting those. support, site ban for unknown online attacks, Razer Synapse 2.0 not working, and inability to adjust the sensitivity of the mouse.
