Terrible product

I had to give this product 1 star to write a review, if I could I would remove it. This product is absolutely terrible. I bought this because my camera is not compatible with Arsenal and after some research on a similar product I found this one. I've been very happy about it. It took a few minutes and a little patience to figure out how to put it together. The instructions weren't very clear, but I finally got it working. Aside from pairing instructions, there aren't many sources on how to manage or troubleshoot the system. When I opened the preset menu, I expected to see Portrait, Landscape, Sports, Night Scene, etc. However, to my surprise, I only found a choice for a stack of photos and a slow shutter. Both work very well, but that wasn't the reason I bought the product in the first place. I wanted to use it for portraits, not anything else. So far I have not been able to update the software as the device tells me that it is not connected to the internet even though it has been paired and configured to use the Wi-Fi and LAN functions. .I have post videos, Searched for brochures or tutorials of any kind and unfortunately there aren't many videos on this product. One of the manufacturers talks about the possibilities of the product by showing the photographer
