I was not expecting much for the price but the description is completely misleading.You read "Metal Type: Aluminum" and in the "About this item" section, you see "Material: Made of aluminum & ABS plastic, High quality CNC machined, anodized surface".Well, maybe the shiny parts in the pictures are made of metal (maybe aluminum) but the black parts are clearly plastic. I have no idea where the anodized surface is but it is not the black parts. :) You can bend the whole thing without trying too hard. Perhaps plastic can be anodized? Seriously.Anyway, I will not trust a piece of plastic to protect my brake lever . I would have trashed it but I am going to send it back just for the principle of it.
