Great Customer Service and Customizable Services

I like that they are always willing to go above an beyond in order make sure we get what our looking/wanting from them! They can really customize it down as much / little you want depending upon your needs (price point). It isn't too bad but not great either since sometimes customization takes longer than expected which leads into price increases because there was no way around this issue other then waiting more time =P So far so good though with their product offering thusfar - pricing seems fair enough if done right at first attempt.- Have had some issues getting outbound SMS messages sent through convergone properly- Need help figuring things quickly when using system & understanding how everything works together vs needing additional training once figured stuff up yourself. We're solving problems regarding customer service call centers by being ableto provide better communication between customers.

  • Easy use for both technicians, engineers etc who have worked before or do work now within IT field..all know whats goingon; )Easy solution without having major setup cost involved.you dont need expensive hardware just decent internet connection + PC's+ smartphonesfor everyone working inside organization(s)
