I am 5'9, 170lbs. Bought a large and it fit perfectly. I feel like large will fit anyone between 155/180lbs due to the elasticity in the items. I have ZERO complaints! Product is so good that I purchased a second set the day after I got my items! Will be buying more from this company! Always satisfied with everything I've bought from them! Keep up the good work!
