I am a regular customer of this case and love it. Hold it with one hand with complete grip security. With this case you can hold your device with one hand and feel completely safe in your hand. This and the case completely cover the device. This is great for making sure your devices stay in good shape. Note 1: These devices come with a screen protector that needs to be attached. I have never used the included screen protector as I prefer tempered glass screen protectors. Unlike some hand straps where the strap is made of leather-like material, in these cases the strap is made of neoprene foam and attaches with Velcro. So it's a lot more comfortable as it doesn't dig into your hand and the velcro adjustment method makes it very easy to modify for a good fit. Note 2: iPad 5 Mini When I recently bought an updated model of the iPad Mini 5, the first thing I wanted was a really good case. Considering how good this case is for my Mini 4, I was REALLY looking forward to using it with the Mini 5. I looked at the dimensions of each unit and they are almost identical in size, width and depth. So I ordered another case. The only real difference standing in the way between the two models is the volume up button 5. The volume up button is where the Mini 4's button isn't. . To make it compatible, push the tab outward with your thumb and the tab will release near the back of the case. This frees up space for the volume up button. If you have any leftover tabs that are too close to the button, CAREFULLY cut them off piece by piece with a utility knife. ALWAYS cut away from you with a knife. I fixed mine on the kitchen counter and just lightly shaved the pieces off until all of the tongue was gone. Finally, the speaker openings on the Mini 5 are wider than on the Mini 4. The existing cutouts on the case for the speakers allow the Mini speakers to operate, they just aren't wide enough for all of their speaker openings. If you want to cut out the hard plastic for all of the speaker holes, use a small pair of inexpensive wire cutters (sometime called wire cutters or "dykes") and cut from the inner tab holding the hard plastic bezel down. roughly flush with the area already cut out for the speaker holes. Then press on the cut piece to break it, just like you did with the removed volume-up tab. This small change takes about 5 minutes and you're done. The build and quality handle design makes this a GREAT gadget bag for young children, the elderly, or anyone a little less confident about keeping those expensive gadgets safe in their hands.
