The ability for us to track student progress through our courses using their unique logins was great! It made tracking students easier than having them use separate accounts which would have been very time consuming in managing so many individual user profiles across multiple departments at different locations throughout my organization. I dislike how difficult they make certain things like adding or changing course content/assignments. You need advanced skills if you are trying to do this yourself without an expert support team available who can help resolve issues quickly when needed. We had previously used another vendor but were not happy about some of its features (ease of creating assignments etc) and decided we wanted something better overall. So far velpacom has met all expectations - ease of management & reporting plus excellent customer service after sales too.
