Review on 💪 High-Performance 32GB DDR4 SODIMM RAM for Laptops - TEAMGROUP T-Force Zeus 3200MHz (PC4-25600) CL16 Module by Joe Griggs

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I almost returned it but it worked in the end.

I got my memory cards today and really wanted to install them on my MSI workstation. So as usual I removed everything (power cord and battery first), then removed all screws and cables, the RAM was on the other side of the motherboard. I ended up removing my old 8GB Samsung card and replacing it with these two. I plugged everything in and closed everything, flipped my laptop over and hit the power button, black screen. I waited and nothing, I thought I might have mixed up the screen connection, so I removed the cover and checked, everything is fine. Then it should be RAM so I removed both RAM cards and plugged in my normal one, checked and it worked as usual. I removed my old RAM and just installed one of the cards and it worked. 16GB at work. I removed this working card and replaced it with another one. blank screen I removed this one and installed the old working one, it worked. Now I know it must be a bad memory card, I was ready to just give it back but I felt like my system couldn't recognize the card properly so I checked the BIOS and my card is 16GB and the 8GB card should be recognized in the correct DIMM. Finally I decided to switch the working 16GB card to the port where the other one was failing and the 8GB card wasn't, and installed the failed card to the first port where the last one was working. And so the system booted up and when I loaded the BIOS it recognized everything. I don't know what happened, but thank god it worked. My system may have had issues with 32GB, but it worked in the end. I will update if anything goes wrong but I'm sure everything will work as promised. Sorry for the long review.
