Came in the mail 2-3 days. Boxed nicely. All pieces included with nothing missing. Once built it's very durable. No wobbling. Very stream line. Easy to put jugs in and pull jugs out. The only draw back is the instructions for installation. It tells you to screw in some bolta that you will then later undo a few steps later. It's pointless. So go over the instructions prior to building so you can avoid a senseless step that does not impact how it is built. It's just a waste of time. Beyond that, the final product is very nice. Still happy I purchased it. Just wish they would fix the instructions.
