Took them on a trip to Iceland in January. They were very comfortable and protected my feet well from the cold. I have to say that it wasn't as cold as usual in Iceland this time of year. The temperature was between 27 and 35 degrees Fahrenheit while I was there, so keep that in mind. What I can say, however, is this: They worked just as well as a few of the more expensive brands I bought at the same time. However, I agree with the other commenter that they should replace the picture of 3 pairs with a picture of only 1 pair as you only get 1 pair, not 3. Even though the description clearly says '1 pair'. , it can still be misleading to those who don't read carefully. Otherwise great socks!
