To be honest it's not a back brace, it's more like a big belt. If you have to work with braces, don't repeat, don't understand. This brace is too weak for lifting weights and you will just feel like the brace is cutting your stomach in half instead of supporting your back. It's good to walk around in because it's small and you don't realize it's on you. Update 10/25/2021 Exactly 1 week yes 1 week after receiving this item, it has already started to fall apart. Keep in mind that I use this brace after I get home from work and use it at home for a maximum of 3-4 hours. So a total of about 24 full hours of operation and already falling apart.
